Please be assured we are following the latest advice from the Government, Public Health, and other authorities, and in the event of any escalation in this advice we will follow their guidance.
To schedule an appointment please call our sales manager Nick Estephan at 613-726-0333 ext 5152. An appointment can be made by email as well; please email sales@ottawahonda.com. We look forward to assisting you during this unfortunate but necessary lockdown.
We have installed Plexiglas on close distance points with our service advisors, parts department, reception, and sales. We have created social distancing measures to allow customers to feel safe while at the dealership as well as increasing our cleaning duties at all touch points throughout the dealership. This includes but not limited too, the disinfection of vehicles before and after test drives as well as customer’s vehicle after service repairs, also the disinfection of showroom vehicles. There is also face masks and sanitizing gel available at all entryways.
Markers have been placed throughout the dealership to encourage 2-meter distances being respected and following a face mask policy. We do work on a sales and service appointment only policy, if you do not have an appointment we encourage remaining in your vehicle and calling into the dealership to arrange for an appointment. We attempt to schedule you in immediately for any sales or service requests.
Regarding service appointments, please drive your vehicle through one of the 2 bay doors at the service entrance. Stay in your vehicle until greeted by a service advisor.
The service advisor will walk you to our sanitizing station, please be wearing a mask. If you do not have a mask one will be provided to you.
Once you have been checked in by the service advisor you will be permitted to relax in our customer lounge. We have removed extra seating in order to maintain safe distancing measures.
